|See You At The March!   It was a November to remember on the MHSAA Network, as our page views were up nearly 60 percent over the Fall of 2013. We thank you for listening. We'll be back in March with three straight weekends of program, covering the Semifinals and Finals of MHSAA Tournaments in Ice Hockey, Girls Basketball and Boys Basketball.   |
MHSAA Perspective   The perspective for school sports should be in that order -- school, then sports. MHSAA Perspective returns this year to highlight the issues that distinguish educational athletics from all other levels of sports by all other sponsors. Catch the right perspective each week by listening to MHSAA Perspective online, or on 80 radio stations and audio websites across Michigan as part of their weekly high school sports programming.
And We've Got Highlights   Throughout the school sports year, MHSAA members participating in the School Broadcast Program are producing their local games for live and on demand viewing on the MHSAA.TV Website. Each week, we'll feature highlights from some of those games here. For more information about the School Broadcast Program, contact the MHSAA office.
Be The Referee   A new feature of the MHSAA Network in 2014-15 is Be The Referee, with MHSAA Assistant Director Mark Uyl, an accomplished collegiate official in two sports who umpired the NCAA College World Series in 2014. Be The Referee is a series of one-minute messages designed to help educate people on the rules of different sports, to help them better understand the art of officiating, and to recruit officials.
